Helena Helps

Hi everyone! When I chose the name Helena Helps!, I really mean it! Let’s have an adventure learning new things about ourselves, others, and the world!! I work with LBGTQ, men ( they have their own issues) cultural issues especially Latinx which is quite different not share a lot of similarities with other cultures.  Women, domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual predators as they are people too, Native American, Black and sorry if I didn’t list you here but I can help you too!
